3 Tips To Cure Your Twitter Addiction and AVOID REHAB!
Who won’t admit it. Twitter is addicting. The more you use it, refresh it and participate in it, the more addicted you become. Follow–uh–I mean consider these tree tips.
- “Twitter is NOT a chat.”
Don’t use it as one. Twitter’s different from both chats and forums. It’s mircoblogging, not microchatting or microforuming. Don’t add a new tweet every 25 seconds.
- Don’t check for updates constantly.
To break your addiction of constantly posting new tweets, only check your Twitter account 2-3 times daily. Having 5 second updates sent to your mobile phone is both nerve wrecking and counter productive.
- Think of what you could be doing with the extra time you spend on Twitter. Life goes beyond twitter. You don’t NEED Hellmaster move to be on Twitter constantly or know what’s going on every 10 seconds.
Follow these three tips and hopefully you should be on the road to recovery.:)

I think iam addicted to Twitter already. Am checking up updates once every 5 minutes. Help.
haha, same here. I decided to just quit using it so much. It’s so hard because you’re like, “I’ll just check it once” then someone replies to you and the cycle goes on. haha
